Biblical function of spiritual leaders

I Timothy 3:1-13 Only a few believers are Biblically qualified to function as spiritual leaders. A Biblically qualified spiritual leader will be: of high moral Biblical character -if married and a parent, faithful in marriage and a Biblically functioning parent -self-controlled and not controlled by drugs, alcohol or money.
Ephesians 4:11-16

 God has gifted certain spiritua1 leaders to train believers from being baby to mature Christians. Such spiritual leaders will have patience as they carefully teach, correct and encourage advancing believers.
Matthew 28:18-20

I Corinthians 11:23-32

 Spiritual leaders will teach believers that water baptism identifies us publicly with Jesus Christ. Believers will be taught that communion or the Lord's Supper is a ritual to remind us to reject temptation and enjoy fellowship with God.
