Biblical procedure of being born from above

John 16:8 Jesus Christ sends His Holy Spirit to convince unbelievers about their sin of unbelief. Unbelievers also need to be convinced of their need for Biblical righteousness. Finally the Holy Spirit convinces unbelievers about their un-Biblical opinion that Jesus Christ is not worthy to be their personal Savior.
Ephesians 2:8-9 Unbelievers become believers through faith in Jesus Christ and through the grace of God. God's grace is God doing for humans what we do not deserve and can not earn. Therefore, we can not brag that we helped God to spiritually rescue us.
John 1:12 When unbelievers welcome Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, they become God's children.
Romans 5:1-2 Believers are declared righteous in God's view by faith. Believers have peace with the one Biblical God through the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. All of this allows believers to have stability as we enjoy the presence of God in our lives.
I Peter 1:23-25 Unbelievers are not Biblically born from above by being humanly moral. The passe rules and rituals of religion do not help unbelievers to become Biblically born from above. We are Biblically born from above by faithing the information of God's Word, the Bible, concerning Jesus Christ.
Matthew 13:18-23 Several things may happen when an unbeliever hears the good news about what Jesus Christ did at the cross and resurrection. Some unbelievers will not understand and therefore continue in their unbelief. Some unbelievers appear to respond to the message about Jesus Christ. Pressure and the routine of daily life will eventually indicate that such unbelievers did not Biblically faith Jesus Christ as Savior. The unbeliever who Biblically faiths Jesus Christ as personal Savior continues to use the Bible as the guide for Biblical personal life style thoughts, words and actions.
